For nearly 100 years, Unity on the Bay has warmly embraced all who seek a meaningful connection with God, regardless of appearance or background. Together, we celebrate, grow, and ignite the Divine spark within us all. And our journey doesn’t end there. We channel this love into action, extending our energy beyond our walls by giving our time and resources to organizations dedicated to uplifting humanity.

1. Humanitarian Aid & Disaster Relief
• Chapman Partnership: Supporting over 4,000 homeless men, women, and children annually, providing meals and essential services to those in need.
• Global Empowerment Mission: Donated $10,000 to assist war relief efforts in Ukraine.
• COVID-19 Relief Fund: Contributed nearly $120,000 to support the Miami community and $50,000 to Unity communities worldwide, aiding recovery during the pandemic.
• Hurricane Relief: $5,000 donated to aid Hurricanes Helene and Milton victims.
2. Education & Youth Empowerment
• Largest Backpack Drive in South Florida: Over $600,000 donated over 10 years, providing over 6,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to underprivileged children each year.
• Branches: $10,000 donated to provide opportunities to hardworking families and their children, helping to break the cycle of generational poverty.”
• Amigos for Kids: Supporting children in need with a $5,000 donation to provide essential resources and care.
3. Mental Health & Social Services
• NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness): $5,000 contributed to raise awareness and provide resources for mental health in the community.
• Lotus House: $5,000 to support shelter and services for homeless women, youth, and children.
• Emily Moises Training Center: $5,000 to empower adults with disabilities through specialized training and support services.
• Ayuda: $2,500 to help low-income immigrants access legal, social, and language services to transform their lives.
4. Environmental Sustainability
• FarmShare Partnership: Provided free groceries to 3,000 families in Miami-Dade, promoting food security and sustainability.
• Planet Promise: Planted over 3,000 trees across America, helping to combat climate change and protect the environment.
• Pelican Harbor Seabird Station: $5,000 donation to protect and rehabilitate seabirds and other wildlife, contributing to the health of our ecosystems.
5. Arts, Culture & Community Development
• Miami Music Project: $5,000 donated to inspire and educate underserved children through the transformative power of music.”
• Miami Book Fair: $5,000 to promote literacy and cultural engagement through one of the nation’s premier literary events.”
• Miami Beach Pride: $5,000 to support the LGBTQ+ community and celebrate diversity and inclusion.”
