Participation Agreement

We are grateful for your participation in activities offered by Unity on the Bay. Our intention is to provide a safe, supportive, and spiritually enriching environment for all participants.

By enrolling for and participating in activities at Unity on the Bay, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you accept personal responsibility for your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being throughout the experience.

You understand that facilitators, staff, and volunteers are offering educational and spiritual support and are not  offering professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

In consideration of your participation, you agree to release and hold harmless Unity on the Bay, its staff, volunteers, and facilitators from liability arising from participation in this activity.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this participation acknowledgment.
