Wear comfortable shoes and clothes and bring water and a yoga mat.

Pooja integrates Bollywood dancing into her IKIGAI workshops.

Why? Because movement positively activates the nervous system and helps you enter a relaxed space of encouragement, builds confidence, and reduces stress, and anxiety. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be an expert.

Ikigai is a Japanese word that means “reason for being.” It’s what you live for, the passion that gives you purpose. It blends what you love, what the world needs, what you are good at, and what you can be paid for. Sounds great, right?

But here is the best news: according to Japanese culture, everyone has an Ikigai, even you. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. You can find your purpose. You can blend your work with your passion. You can design your life instead of living by default. It starts with finding your Ikigai.

Enroll in the Gold Experience and you’ll also get:

  • Either your own comfortable Ikigai T-shirt or hardcopy of the IKIGAI Book to learn even more about this practice, and…

  • a seat at our wonderfully decorated table for the Tea Meditation.
