YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) brings incredible calmness, quietness and clarity. It is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight. This class will be a guided meditation performed while the listener is laying down. It will allow you to experience a profound depth of letting go which is far beyond just relaxation. Bring your yoga mat and additional cushions, wear comfortable clothes and prepare to relax.
Alina de la Paz has been a Unity Truth Student since 1986. She is currently the Coordinator of the Adult Education Ministry at Unity on the Bay where she has severed on the Board of Directors, as a Prayer Chaplain and in the children’s ministry as a coordinator for many years. She is a therapist, yoga instructor, and teacher in her professional life and is currently a licensed Unity Teacher Candidate.
