Unity on the Bay

A positive path for spiritual living

Unity on the Bay is a diverse spiritual home that embraces and radiates unconditional love, acceptance, energy and healing.  At Unity, we believe that there is one power: God, the good, omnipotent, and that the awareness and connection with this power opens the manifest world to its highest and best good in every individual and the universe as a whole.  As this awareness becomes an intricate part of our lives, we begin to transform ourselves, our community and our world.

According to ancient Vedic scriptures, your soul has four distinct desires: purpose, the means to fulfill its purpose, the enjoyment of healthy pleasures, and spiritual freedom. Learning to honor these four desires is the key to happiness. And yet, eighty percent of all New Year’s resolutions are abandoned before the end of January because the power of our resistance to change is often greater than our best intentions. Yogic seers saw this resistance as the force of our past experiences, which lead to limiting beliefs and ingrained patterns of behavior. This workshop will teach you about the creation equation so you can increase the power of your intentions until it is greater than the force of your resistance. Your Soul awaits you!
