Unity on the Bay is a diverse spiritual home that embraces and radiates unconditional love, acceptance, energy and healing.  At Unity, we believe that there is one power: God, the good, omnipotent, and that the awareness and connection with this power opens the manifest world to its highest and best good in every individual and the universe as a whole.  As this awareness becomes an intricate part of our lives, we begin to transform ourselves, our community and our world.

Inge Sengelmann, LCSW, SEP, RYT, is a psychotherapist licensed in Florida and Colorado. Drawing on her training in Somatic Experiencing®, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Tantric Hatha Yoga, she treats the effects of overwhelming stress on psyche and body using body-mind practices that accelerate personal transformation and enable you to live life more fully. She is the author of It’s Time to EAT: Embody, Awaken & Transform Our Relationship with Food, Body & Self. The co-creator of Eating, Attachment & Somatic Education (EASE)™ Training for professionals working in the field of eating disorders, she also teaches workshops locally, nationally, and internationally on the topics of eating disorders, trauma, somatic psychotherapy, and integrative healing.
