Frequently Asked Questions
Your ticket level determines the section where you will be seated. You can choose your particular seat within your section when you arrive to the event but not when you purchase your ticket. All seats have view of the stage. Best seats are up front and center available to Platinum Ticket Holders.
Unity on the Bay has a free parking lot accessible from NE 22nd Street, east of Biscayne Blvd. Our lot holds about 100 cars. This is available at a first come, first served basis. There is also paid meter parking on the streets surrounding our area. If you live close to Unity on the Bay, we recommend Uber or Lyft instead of driving your own car.
We do not offer refunds unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
Food and Drink
Platinum Ticket holders will have access to free food and drink during the private reception. No food or drinks are allowed in the auditorium other than water. We do not sell food or drink during the event. We suggest that you take advantage of the many restaurants in the area before coming to the event.
We recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket if you get cold easily. We try to keep the room tempature at a comfortable level for all attendess, however, some people get cold.
