Gratitude just might be the most powerful force in the universe. It can be a force that draws to you more of what you want and gives you a deep sense of fulfillment. Knowing this, we thought November would be the perfect time to focus on gratitude.

The Gratitude Retreat is all about learning about gratitude and then taking the time to practice it in a safe environment where you aren’t rushed into an experience. The retreat schedule is below however you are free to be in solitude and silence throughout the day – in other words, program participation is not required and both the Silent Sanctuary and the Minister’s study will be open and available for you.

The main objective is to share a profound day with you – one that will bless you with enlightenment, rest, peace and calm. Thank you for making this investment in your own spiritual awakening and the awakening of all people everywhere.

  • 10 – 10:30 AM | Review the Day & Gratitude Journaling led by Rev. Chris Jackson

  • 10:30 – 11:30 AM | “Giving Thanks for Everything” led by Chris Jackson

  • 11:30 – 11:45 AM | Break

  • 11:45 – 12:45 PM | Gratitude Meditation led by Carmen Navedo

  • 12:45 – 1:30 PM | Silent Mindfulness Lunch (meal included)

  • 1:30 – 2:30 PM | Gratitude Walk and Discussion

  • 2:30 – 2:45 PM | Break

  • 2:45 – 3:45 PM | “Understanding Gratitude Practices” led by Prayer Chaplains

  • 3:45 – 4:15 PM | Group Sharing of Experiences     

  • 4:15 – 4:30 PM | Closing Circle and Prayer
