Open yourself to receiving as you give of your time and talents helping to feed those going through a transitional period in their lives.  Join us as we visit Chapman Partnership and allow blessings to become manifest. You will be helping out in the kitchen to help cook meals and once everything is done, you'll help serve the food. It is a wonderful way to give back to the community.

Feeding People in Transition takes place on the 1st Sunday of every month. We meet in the Courtyard of Unity on the Bay at Temple Israel at 2 PM and caravan over to the shelter which is located on 1550 North Miami Avenue.  You are asked to stay at the shelter until 7 PM.

Please wear comfortable clothing such as  jeans and closed shoes.  No sleeveless shirts, flip flops, or sandals allowed in the kitchen or serving area.

The schedule for the day is as follows:

2:00pm: meet in Courtyard of Unity on the Bay at Temple Israel
2:15pm: Drive/Carpool/Caravan to Chapman Partnership Center
2:30pm - 4:30pm: Cooking of meals
