Job Title:  Administrative Assistant

Reports To:  CFO

 General Description: The administrative assistant will work directly with the Senior Leadership Team and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties.

Specific Duties:

1.     Coordinate communications, including receiving and making calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with guest and visitors

2.     Maintain and coordinate calendar

3.     Plan and coordinate meetings and events

4.     Schedule meetings and appointments

5.     Prepare internal and external documents for team members

6.     Open and sort mail daily

7.     Maintain office and event supply inventory

8.     Manage membership database

9.     Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents

10.  Prepare reports and documents for distribution at meetings

11.  Oversee Volunteer Administrative Team

12.  Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs

13.  Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

14.  Carry out other duties as assigned
