Art Exhibit
Seeing: Awaken to Love & Oneness
by Yoselin Echevarria Sanchez

Opening Night, Friday, November 1 | 7 PM | Foyer

In this exhibit, “Seeing,” artist Yoselin Echevarria Sanchez, takes the simple of act of looking and turns it into something more.  Each piece is a reflection of all those small things which we generally do not see and which form an integral part of our daily lives.  Autonomy, individualism, independence, freedom without restraints.... are ever present slogans which delight humanity in this third millennium. People who are said to possess these are considered to have conquered happiness and joy!  In truth, it is separation which has been overcome.  As we experience being a part of everything and everything being a part of us, separation dies and love emerges.  In truly “seeing” everything around us, every minute detail, we awaken to love and oneness.

Yoselin Echevarria Sanchez is a Cuban artist who studied at the National School of Arts & Plastics in Havana, Cuba.  She has had exhibits in Cuba, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Spain, and Miami, including Art Basel, 2010.  Most of her work is in the style of surrealism mixing humanity with nature.

The 2013 Summer Cinema Series brought 3 engaging films to our screens:

o   Bag It – is your life too plastic?   Americans use 60,000 plastic bags every five minutes—single-use disposable bags that we mindlessly throw away. But where is “away?” Where do the bags and other plastics end up, and at what cost to our environment, marine life and human health?

o   Sacred Journey of the Heart - Led by inspirational teacher and intuitive counselor Ronna Prince, this heart journey will take you to the depths and the heavens, to the past and into the future with hope and deep understanding of how we are in the midst of creating the biggest shift of consciousness of all times in the PRESENT: Heart-based living.

o   3 Magic Words – A Starseed film that is a conscious event and metaphysical film experience that will shift you to a higher consciousness and awaken your hidden powers deep within.  Can Three Words Change The World?

Miracles Happen: The Transformational Healing Power of Past Life Memories

Dr. Brian Weiss astonished the world of psychiatry with the theories of past-life regression therapy detailed in his best-selling book, Many Lives, Many Masters. Brian is the nation’s foremost expert in this field. This highly experiential intensive lecture explores the latest in hypnotic regression therapy. When we discuss what happens before we are born and after we die—and our possible future lives—we awaken from the constrictions of our past conditioning to release anxieties and fears.  Dr. Weiss will conduct a group regression exercise during the evening’s program.  A book-signing with Dr. Brian Weiss and his daughter, Amy, will take place following the lecture.

The VIP Reception is sold out.
