| | Sunday Teen Programs & Activities
Uniteens 11-13 year olds
Uniteens learn to apply the practical use of the Unity Principles in their daily lives. The teens have the opportunity to participate in two regional weekend retreats a year. There is an attendance requirement to attend retreats.
Y.O.U. 14-18 year olds
Youth of Unity (Y.O.U.) brings spiritual principles into everyday experiences for teenagers. The importance of being of service and developing leadership skills are instilled. Teens organize and lead their own activities while mentored to reach their highest potential. Four spiritual retreats are available upon fulfillment of attendance and service requirements.

| | Uniteen/Y.O.U. Retreat Information
Our young people have an opportunity each year to attend various spiritual retreats on the Regional, National and International level. This allows our teens to connect and grow spiritually with the understanding that they are developing a sense of community with other teens throughout the world and empowering themselves with the spiritual tools needed to transform their world.
