Group Descriptions – amplified
Accounting Team
Coordinator: Carolyn Gardner
Provide assistance in counting tithes and offerings and enjoy being a beautiful component of the law of giving and receiving.
Service opportunities are available within the following schedule:
Sunday:
10:30 am - 11:00 am
12:30 pm - 1:15 pm
Help with some light bookkeeping and filing.
Weekdays:
For 2 to 3 hrs between 10-6pm
"The Source" Bookstore Team
Coordinator: Leo Martinez
Helping with sales and administrative tasks, you provide the Source Bookstore with the support it needs to be of service to our whole congregation.
Service opportunities are available within the following schedule:
Mondays – Thursdays:
4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Saturdays:
10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Sundays:
8:30 am - 3:00 pm
Celebration Support Team
Coordinator: Bessie Cordoves-Maleta
Folding and correlating bulletins, preparing Welcome Packets and filling Sanctuary pews with envelopes and pencils, you ensure that the Sanctuary is ready to receive our wonderful congregation

Feeding People in Transition

Gardening Team

Become a conscious part of the creative process by allowing the beauty within Unity on the Bay to beautifully express on the outside through our gardens and lawns.

Greeter Team
Coordinator: Juanita Smith
Welcome all with a smile and greeting during the Sunday Services. As part of this team, you are a shining expression of the welcoming love of Spirit.

Habitat for Humanity

Audio/Visual Team
Coordinator: Jerome Williams
This behind the scenes team serves the congregation in a variety of ways. Being part of this team, you can provide assistance during the services with the projections, lighting, sound or video and/or also assist in the duplication of the service CDs during the week or on Sunday.
One Sunday a month 8:30-10:30 or 10:30-12:30 and/or during Bookstore hours for CD duplication, especially on Sundays.
Reception/Administrative Support Team
Coordinator: Sonia Feghali
Be a part of the Unity on the Bay office family by supporting our Reception. Your assistance will touch the many people that call or come in to our offices on a daily basis.
Major responsibilities can include:
1. Answer and direct telephone calls and take messages as appropriate per the receptionist manual
2. Greet and direct visitors and congregants.
3. Perform other light administrative tasks as may be asked.

Translation Team
Coordinator: Francisco Salazar
Through this dedicated team, materials are translated from English to Spanish to serve our wonderful Spanish Ministry. The group opens the door of metaphysics to our Spanish speaking congregation and Unity worldwide.
Schedule:
Work from home or your office using whatever schedule is most convenient for you.

Usher Team
Coordinator: Paul Lundblad
Help ensure the Sanctuary is conducive to a smooth and sacred service so that we can all leave with happiness and peace. Lovingly collect the offerings and share in the natural flow of giving and receiving.

Youth Education Teacher
Coordinator: We are searching for a coordinator(s) at this moment, could this be your calling?
Your willingness to serve children, combined with your outgoing and nurturing personality, will make facilitating lessons to children a joy. Choose the age group you would like to work with and let the growing being.
