Children of Haiti Enhancement Foundation, Inc. (COHEF) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit, apolitical, grassroots organization, created by a group of friends to focus on and assist the underprivileged children of Haiti. COHEF promotes education in rural Haiti, and improving the basic needs of a targeted population. COHEF offers scholarships to young adults to attend college or university in Haiti.

Doctors Without Borders is an international medical humanitarian organization created by doctors and journalists.
Today, Doctors Without Borders provides aid in nearly 60 countries to people whose survival is threatened by violence, neglect, or catastrophe.

InterAction A United Voice for Global Change - is the largest coalition of U.S.-based international nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) focused on the worlds poor and most vulnerable people. Collectively, InterActions more than 180 members work in every developing country. Members are large and small, faith-based and secular.

Miami Healing Haiti - Our mission is to give the residents of Miami an opportunity to gather and show healing support to all of the victims of this devastating earthquake on Wednesday, January 20, 2010, from 7 - 9 pm, between 69th & 74th Street on Biscayne Boulevard. Medical Relief drops will be located along the Blvd in participating businesses.

SAVE Dade in partnership with other LGBT organizations, and the Dade Community Foundation have set up the: "LGBT Community Response to the Crisis in Haiti Fund" to ensure that dollars are delivered to the most needed and deserving efforts. The Dade Community Foundation is in communication with major charitable relief efforts and will make quick and timely distribution of funds to the most urgent efforts.

TEXT Haiti to 90999 - This mobile fundraising initiative is a partnership between the American Red Cross, Mobile Accord and the mGive Foundation that is supported by the U.S. State Department. Customers of participating wireless carriers can text message "HAITI" to 90999 and make a $10 donation to support the American Red Cross Haiti relief efforts. Donations will appear on customers' monthly bills or be debited from a prepaid account balance.
